I started using doggie latchkey a few months ago on a weekly basis and they are absolutely wonderful. I recently was surprised with a trip to California and I called Denise the night of Christmas and she was able to set up everything with such short notice. Dianne and Phil took turns taking care of my dogs like they were their own. I received texted messages everyday letting me know how they both were doing. It definitely put me at ease knowing my dogs were being cared for so well while I was gone. It was nice knowing that while i was away my dogs were able to be at home and have someone come into my house to take care of them.They even stayed over night for the whole week. I definitely recommend doggie latchkey they have never let me down and they continue to impress me. Very affordable!!!

Denise and her staff have been the best pet service I have used in the last 15 years and I’ve used three. Molly absolutely loves them and is always happy and worn out (a good thing for a pit bull) when I get home. I don’t know what I would do without her considering my work and performance schedule! They have been a life saver, especially when I have last minute needs!
Phil has been absolutely wonderful. He watches my dog Rosco twice a day, 5 times a week. While I am at work, it is comforting to know that someone who is loving and wonderful is watching my dog. Everyday Phil sends me detailed text messages letting me know when he arrived at my house and what he did with Rosco during each visit. He feeds Rosco, walks Rosco, plays with him in the backyard. Phil goes above and beyond in everything that he does. He was so kind to take a picture of Rosco, frame it, and leave it with a very kind note as a surprise when I got home from work. Doggy Latchkey is a reliable company. I have been nothing but 100% satisfied with Doggy Latchkey. I feel comfortable leaving my dog, because I know he is going to recieve the love and care that he should be getting. I highly recommend Doggy Latchkey to ANYONE who is considering having a service of this kind!
This is a wonderful company. We are so lucky to have found Doggie Latchkey. After visiting 5 or 6 dog boarding facilities, we knew this wasn’t the right chioice for our dog. Even on short notice, Denise was very reassuring and worked out a plan for us. Our petsitter, Suzanne, was the best. Communications were excellent. We received phone call updates frequently. Our dog was so happy with her new friend. When we got home, she was healthy and happy. We will be calling again soon. Thanks again for everything; we went to our son’s wedding feeling relaxed knowing that our girl was in good hands.
I had never used a pet service before so I didn’t know what to expect. Upon arriving at my Meet/Greet, Denise already knew my cats names from the initial inquiry I had filled out online. She was so kind with hem from the start and showed a lot of interest in their routine and personalities. Her emails weren’t your standard updates, they were so personalized and loving. I don’t travel often but now I won’t hesitate when it comes to do what to do with my cats, let them be in their own homes with caring and loving people. The staff at Doggie Latchkey obviously love what they do and do it very well!
We feel so lucky to have found such a conscientious and fun-loving person to look after Ellie! Our puppy is so well cared for during her visits! She gets exercise, treats, playtime and love, and reinforced puppy training to help Ellie learn faster than she would all day alone. I will highly recommend Doggie Latchkey!
My husband & I had never been away from our two cats for more than a night, so we were nervous about leaving them for the three day trip. We can’t say enough good things about Doggie Latchkey. The calls from Denise came like clockwork. I can not think of anyone I would trust more to care for “my babies.” Doggie Latchkey is professional and the love of animals is very apparent.

He’s professional, responsive (even last minute!) & I completely trusted him to take special care of my little Pom Toby. It’s a great alternative to boarding. Your dogs stay right at home and Erik will even send an update email after each walk letting you know how things are going.
I have two very active Rottweilers with a lot of energy and are very smart, which means they’re often bored and frustrated if not stimulated. I turned to professional pet sitting for the first time in my life and am AMAZED by the professionalism and quality of the service. The dogs met me at the door when I got home but I know they were looking behind me for the Doggie Latchkey person. I found them better exercised, happy and content.
