Doggie Latchkey is the best pet sitting service we have ever had. They are very nice to our pets and have always done everything we requested. They also help look after our house when we are gone and the text us with every visit so that we are at ease while gone and they check with us if they have any questions.

My husband and I were so pleased with your services. Jen watched my son’s 2 cats for a week. She gave us twice daily updates with pictures and descriptions of what they were up too. Dianne was wonderful. It was easier to go on vacation knowing someone was watching over “the kids”. My meeting with Dianne put me at ease, it was obvious she loved caring for cats. Molly does not come out when strangers are in the house, yet Dianne still managed to make a sighting. I think Max is still waiting for Dianne to come through the door to play with him. It was also nice knowing someone was checking on the house. I will without doubt use Doggie Latchkey in the future.

Exceptional service, I would rate Doggie Latchkey much higher if it were possible. Upon my first meeting with Denise, I felt very comfortable leaving my dogs in her care. While on vacation for 5 days, she sent me texts, photos and updates consistently. I was extremely impressed with her attention to detail. When I arrived home, my dogs were happy, healthy, just glowing. Not only did she provide my dogs with lots of love, attention and medications for my senior dog she took care of our dry cleaning, mail, lights etc. I didn’t have to worry about timing my flights according to boarding drop off and pickup times. I am absolutely thrilled that I found her. I have already booked Doggie Latchkey for an upcoming trip and will continue to use their service. I started using doggie latchkey a few months ago on a weekly basis and they are absolutely wonderful. I recently was surprised with a trip to California and I called Denise the night of Christmas and she was able to set up everything with such short notice. Dianne and Phil took turns taking care of my dogs like they were their own. I received texted messages everyday letting me know how they both were doing. It definitely put me at ease knowing my dogs were being cared for so well while I was gone. It was nice knowing that while i was away my dogs were able to be at home and have someone come into my house to take care of them.They even stayed over night for the whole week. I definitely recommend doggie latchkey they have never let me down and they continue to impress me. Very affordable!!!

Denise and her staff have been the best pet service I have used in the last 15 years and I’ve used three. Molly absolutely loves them and is always happy and worn out (a good thing for a pit bull) when I get home. I don’t know what I would do without her considering my work and performance schedule! They have been a life saver, especially when I have last minute needs!
Phil has been absolutely wonderful. He watches my dog Rosco twice a day, 5 times a week. While I am at work, it is comforting to know that someone who is loving and wonderful is watching my dog. Everyday Phil sends me detailed text messages letting me know when he arrived at my house and what he did with Rosco during each visit. He feeds Rosco, walks Rosco, plays with him in the backyard. Phil goes above and beyond in everything that he does. He was so kind to take a picture of Rosco, frame it, and leave it with a very kind note as a surprise when I got home from work. Doggy Latchkey is a reliable company. I have been nothing but 100% satisfied with Doggy Latchkey. I feel comfortable leaving my dog, because I know he is going to recieve the love and care that he should be getting. I highly recommend Doggy Latchkey to ANYONE who is considering having a service of this kind!
This is a wonderful company. We are so lucky to have found Doggie Latchkey. After visiting 5 or 6 dog boarding facilities, we knew this wasn’t the right chioice for our dog. Even on short notice, Denise was very reassuring and worked out a plan for us. Our petsitter, Suzanne, was the best. Communications were excellent. We received phone call updates frequently. Our dog was so happy with her new friend. When we got home, she was healthy and happy. We will be calling again soon. Thanks again for everything; we went to our son’s wedding feeling relaxed knowing that our girl was in good hands.
