Will we sleep with your pet?
Absolutely, if you’d like. We’ll stay in any area of your home that you designate. It’s important that we follow your pet’s routine. -
Who will be in my home?
Only the assigned sitter is permitted to be in your home. Doggie Latchkey has a strict policy in place as well as a sitter code of conduct; all of its sitters are aware of and committed to this policy. -
How will the sitter access my home?
The preferred method is via a coded lockbox or garage door code. There should always be a back-up means of entry. This information should always be kept up to date in your client portal. -
What if I have to extend my stay?
We always suggest updating this change in your client portal first. After you’ve completed this step feel free to reach out to us by email to confirm that we have your new return date and time. -
What if I need to cancel my overnight services?
Again, use your client portal to request cancellation. This is the only way for us to process any refund or credit for future services per Doggie Latchkey’s Cancellation Policy.
